These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our website and the rental of products and services provided by Decors4U Event Rentals (“Decors4U,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking our services, submitting a quote request, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Decors4U Event Rentals is a Canadian event décor and rental company operating in Ontario, Canada, servicing Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

2. Booking & Payment Terms

• All bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure the event date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date, as outlined in your invoice or agreement.

• Dates are not guaranteed until payment is received.

• Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.

3. Rental Period

• Rental items are provided for one-day event use only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Setup and teardown times are scheduled by Decors4U and must be respected.

• Late returns, delays, or unauthorized extensions may result in additional fees.

4. Use of Rental Items

• All rental items must be used indoors or under suitable cover, unless approved in advance.

• Items must not be altered, moved, leaned on, or tampered with.

• Décor items are for display purposes only and are not to be climbed, stood on, or handled by guests.

5. Damage, Loss & Liability

• The client assumes full responsibility for all rented items from the time of delivery until pickup.

• Any damage, loss, theft, or excessive wear will be charged to the client.

• Replacement or repair costs will be assessed at full retail or repair value.

• Decors4U is not responsible for damage caused by guests, venues, weather, or third-party vendors.

6. Venue & Access Requirements

• Clients must ensure venue access is available at agreed setup and teardown times.

• Any venue restrictions, permits, or approvals must be disclosed in advance.

• Additional fees may apply for difficult access, stairs, elevators, long distances, or delayed access.

7. Weather & Outdoor Events

• Decors4U is not responsible for weather-related issues.

• Outdoor setups are performed at the client’s risk.

• No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions.

8. Cancellations & Changes

• All retainers are non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Changes to décor selections are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed.

9. Design, Custom Items & Personalization

• Custom signage, prints, and personalized items are final sale.

• Proof approvals are the client’s responsibility.

• Decors4U is not liable for errors approved by the client.

10. Alcohol & Food Disclaimer

• Decors4U does not provide alcohol or beverage service.

• Any champagne walls or drink displays require a bartender or designated server supplied by the client or venue.

• Decors4U is not responsible for liquor compliance, spills, or consumption.

11. Force Majeure

Decors4U shall not be held liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, or acts of God.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Decors4U’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Decors4U harmless from claims arising from misuse of rental items.

13. Intellectual Property

All website content, images, designs, and branding are the property of Decors4U Event Rentals and may not be copied or used without written permission.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

15. Acceptance of Terms

By booking services, submitting a quote request, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
