REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Decors4U Event Rentals, we specialize in luxury event décor rentals and custom services. Due to the nature of event-based bookings, the following Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all reservations.
1. Non-Refundable Retainer
All bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure the event date. The retainer covers administrative costs, inventory reservation, and event preparation. Event dates are not confirmed until the retainer is received.
The retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations, postponements, or changes of mind.
2. Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event date, as outlined in your invoice. Failure to submit final payment may result in cancellation without refund.
3. Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
If a cancellation occurs:
More than 30 days before the event date: only the non-refundable retainer is forfeited.
Within 30 days of the event date: no refunds will be issued on any payments made.
4. Rescheduling
One (1) reschedule may be permitted, subject to availability. Rescheduled events must take place within 6 months of the original event date. Additional fees may apply if inventory, labour, or logistics change.
5. Weather & Force Majeure
Decors4U Event Rentals is not responsible for weather conditions. Outdoor events are booked at the client’s risk. No refunds will be issued due to weather-related issues.
No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government restrictions, emergencies, natural disasters, or acts of God.
6. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom signage, printed materials, and personalized décor are final sale. Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued for custom items.
7. Event Changes & Early Teardown
Changes to décor selections are subject to availability. Price differences may apply. No refunds will be issued for early teardown requests or shortened event durations.
8. Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees
Clients are responsible for all rented items from setup to teardown. Damaged, missing, or excessively soiled items may result in additional charges. Repair or replacement costs will be billed accordingly.
9. No Physical Returns
Decors4U Event Rentals does not sell physical goods. There are no product returns or shipping returns. All services are rental-based and event-specific.
